On The Damascus Road

See Kenn smile. See Annie Lou's smile.
She smiled nicer than I do.

There is a purpose to this page beyond introductions—see if you can find it!

I was Born ('31) and reared in Green Bay, Wisconsin. I was raised to be a good, God fearing and decent person. Almost like everyone else, I missed the target and grew to be a somewhat decent and law-abiding person.
While serving my country in the U.S. Navy, I served in Lakehurst, NJ for a while where Rev. Thompson of Toms River Baptist Church, aided in bringing me to the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ (1951). In 1952 I met and married a lovely Christian lady. (This December 2001 we would have celebrated our 50th anniversary. She went to be with the Lord Jesus on February 13, 2001)(See the link to the right.) I went on to college with the goal of serving my Lord and Saviour, Jesus, with the rest of my life as a Baptist preacher. However, throat problems kept me from preaching so the written word has become my pulpit and my only book for inspiration is the Holy Bible as directed by the Holy Spirit.     Annie Lou
