Volume
One. The Transcripts were born of a notebook left invitingly on
the floor at Tulsa House. Many read and pondered and most contributed.
A partial list of possible contributors includes Chet McCaig, Dirk Ruff, Steve
Cox (who is rumored to have left the notebook in the first place), Danny
McCain, David McCain, Jeff Blaylock and various ghost writers.
